These terms
By using our website you accept these terms. Using the SiteCabin app itself is covered by our Terms of Service, which you accept when you sign up. Our privacy notice and cookie policy also apply.
For businesses
Our website and SiteCabin are for businesses in the United Kingdom. If you use them from elsewhere, you do so at your own risk.
The live demo
The demo runs a made-up company with made-up people, jobs and addresses. Nothing you do in it is saved or sent to us, and it does not file anything or send real emails.
Information on the site
We work to keep the website accurate, but it is general information, not advice, and may be out of date. Features and prices can change. Check with us before relying on anything for a decision.
Our content
We own or have permission to use everything on the website, including the SiteCabin name, logo, screenshots and videos. You may view and share links to our pages. You may not copy, change or use our content commercially without our written permission.
Misuse
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, the app or the systems behind them, introduce viruses or malicious code, attack them, or scrape them. Doing so may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we will report it.
Links
You may link to our home page fairly and legally, without suggesting we endorse you. We are not responsible for websites we link to.
Availability
The website is free to use. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise we are not liable for any loss from using or being unable to use our website, or from relying on its content, including loss of profit, business, revenue, savings, goodwill or data, or any indirect loss.
Changes
We may update these terms by changing this page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
